Inclusion
My name is Sinead Wyatt and I am the school’s Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo).
I am responsible for coordinating the support for children with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) and developing the school’s SEND Policy to ensure all children get a consistent, high quality response to meeting their needs in school.
If you have any concerns about your child’s progress please come and talk to us. Your first contact should be with the class teacher. However, if you wish to speak to me you will find me in the playground most days before and after school. If you would like to make an appointment to speak to me, or to see me, please phone the school office, leave a message and I will return you call. I am also available at all parents’ evenings; again please contact the office if you would like to make an appointment to see me during parents’ evening.
The School SEND Information Report is reviewed annually. It gives you an overview of SEND provision in school as well as links and signposting to professional agencies that parents and carers can access.
